Feldman Shepherd Attorney JP Faunes Selected as an AL DÍA ‘40 Under 40’ Honoree

August 11, 2021

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that attorney JP Faunes has been selected by AL DÍA News Media as a 2021 “40 Under 40” Honoree. Since Faunes joined the firm in 2016, he has helped recover over $47 million for clients across a diverse range of practice areas.

The AL DÍA “Forty Under Forty” list showcases diverse and impactful young professionals from across the Philadelphia region. Honorees are selected by a panel of 10 judges based upon the following criteria: under the age of 40, involvement in their community, career achievements, academic credentials and meaningful contributions to their industry. Faunes was selected from a field of 180 nominees from throughout the Philadelphia region. He will be recognized at an event on August 27, 2021.

“We recognized JP’s talent years ago when he served as opposing counsel in a matter, and we were extremely fortunate in persuading him to join us. It is no surprise that he has enjoyed such success and we are thrilled to see him receive this recognition among his peers. Given his tenacity and skill set, we have no doubt he will continue to emerge as one of the leading lawyers in his practice area,” said Mark W. Tanner, co-managing partner at Feldman Shepherd.

At Feldman Shepherd, Faunes’ practice focuses on medical malpractice, birth injury, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. Faunes serves as president of the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania (HBAPA), sits on numerous non-profit Boards of Directors, and volunteers his time at nonprofit organizations around the city, including Philadelphia VIP, the Homeless Advocacy Project and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
