Feldman Shepherd Attorney James P. Faunes Joins Executive Committee of Justice Rising Advocates for Community Legal Services

August 17, 2018

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that attorney James P. Faunes has joined the Executive Committee of Justice Rising Advocates for Community Legal Services.

The group’s mission is to engage young Philadelphians by broadening their understanding of CLS’s extensive work and why that advocacy is crucial to the fight for access to justice for all.

“I’m honored to have been nominated for the position and look forward to continuing our law firm’s long tradition of supporting legal aid in the region,” Faunes said.

Faunes said he looks forward to supporting CLS’s many worthy initiatives in the Philadelphia legal community, advocating for CLS’s board and staff among young lawyers and professionals, and continuing JR Advocates’ growing tradition of providing timely and relevant CLE seminars focused on representation of underserved communities.

“JP is a terrific lawyer who will be a great addition to the Executive Committee. We are proud that he is continuing our firm’s tradition of support for legal services,” Feldman Shepherd Co-Managing Shareholder Mark Tanner said.

At Feldman Shepherd, Faunes’ practice focuses on medical malpractice cases.
