Feldman Shepherd Elevates Jason A. Daria to Shareholder

The law firm of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP is pleased to announce that Jason A. Daria has been named a shareholder.

Daria’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction accidents, premises and product liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Daria has achieved numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of catastrophically injured clients. Notable results include: $31 million jury verdict against the County of Camden, New Jersey, for failure to repair a highway guardrail that it knew was dangerous; $25 million recovery — including a $19.1 million jury verdict recognized by The Legal Intelligencer as the highest verdict in Pennsylvania in 2021 — for three victims of a tractor-trailer accident involving multiple vehicles in a dangerous construction zone; and $13.3 million settlement for a carpenter who fell 14 feet at an office construction site when a roof truss that he was installing broke.

An active member of the legal and civic communities, Daria presently serves as Secretary of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA). He previously served as PTLA’s Assistant Secretary and was a member of the Board of Directors for several years before becoming an officer. Since 2011, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled at Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, which provides free high-quality legal services to low-income individuals with physical disabilities. He served as the Board’s president from 2015 through 2017 and vice president from 2013 through 2015.

Additionally, Daria is certified by the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas arbitration program where he regularly served as an arbitrator. Daria has volunteered his time with the Support Center for Child Advocates, the Juvenile Justice Center Family Services of Philadelphia, and the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia. He frequently presents at continuing legal education programs.

“Those who know Jason know that he is a smart, strategic trial lawyer who prepares every case with meticulous attention to detail,” said Alan M. Feldman, Co-Managing Shareholder. “We are delighted to welcome him as an equity shareholder in the firm.”

“It is an honor to be elevated as one of the equity shareholders at Feldman Shepherd, and a privilege to work with the exceptional trial lawyers and the rest of the amazing team at the firm where each and every professional is committed to providing the highest level of legal representation to our clients. I look forward to helping ensure that Feldman Shepherd remains a leading personal injury law firm and continues to achieve outstanding results for our clients who entrust us to be their advocates during times of tremendous loss and adversity,” said Daria.
