Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Nicole Maruzzi has joined the firm’s Class Action litigation practice.
Maruzzi represents consumers in class action matters concerning dangerous products, false advertising, unfair business practices, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
Prior to joining Feldman Shepherd, Maruzzi worked at a well-known Pennsylvania law firm representing plaintiffs in antitrust litigation. In that role, she sought to hold large financial institutions and drug manufacturers accountable for price-fixing their respective markets. She also worked at another respected Boston law firm representing plaintiffs in complex litigation which sought to hold companies responsible for violating federal securities laws and RICO. In that role, Maruzzi also represented relators in qui tam lawsuits.
Maruzzi earned her J.D. summa cum laude in the Evening Division of Suffolk University Law School, while working full-time as a law clerk at a Boston firm. While in law school, Maruzzi served as an editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and worked as a research assistant for Michael Rustad, who currently serves as the co-director of Suffolk’s Intellectual Property Concentration. Prior to law school, Maruzzi earned her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University.
“We are delighted to welcome Nicole to the firm,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “Her skills and experience will contribute greatly to our thriving class action and whistleblower practices.” “I am thrilled to join the class action team at Feldman Shepherd. Their commitment to fighting for consumer rights matches my passion for bringing wrongdoers to justice. I could not be more excited to get started,” said Maruzzi.
