Ezra Wohlgelernter, Esq. of Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig, LLP recently lectured at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s CLE entitled “Rules of the Road – Fundamentals of Auto Litigation.”
Speaking to a seminar of mostly younger attorneys who specialize in personal injury claims, Wohlgelernter discussed preparing plaintiffs’ cases for mediation. Held Aug. 7, 2014, in Philadelphia, the seminar covered issues of the current law and practice pointers for third-party and both underinsured and uninsured motorist claims.
Fellow presenters at the seminar covered related topics that included case selection, insurance policy provisions, discovery issues, and “Proving Your Case.” The course offered 6 CLE credits.
