George Donnelly Honored by Legal Intelligencer as Lawyer on the Fast Track

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that George A. Donnelly has been honored as a recipient of The Legal Intelligencer’s Lawyers on the Fast Track Award, which recognizes the next generation of legal leaders. Donnelly will receive the award at a reception on June 12, 2025.

Donnelly represents individuals and families in all manner of litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, civil rights cases, consumer class action cases, whistleblower claims and qui tam lawsuits under the False Claims Act.

An active member of Philadelphia’s civic and legal communities, Donnelly presently serves on the overlapping Boards of Directors of Community Legal Services of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Legal Assistance, and on the Independence Seaport Museum’s Board of Port Wardens. He is the supervising attorney for the Penn Housing Rights Project, which is a pro bono student organization at University of Pennsylvania School of Law that represents tenants in housing court.

Prior to joining Feldman Shepherd in 2024, Donnelly served as Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State Senator Nikil Saval. Previously, he served as an attorney at the Public Interest Law Center (PILC), where he was a forceful advocate on tenant issues, for which he gained widespread media coverage from major news outlets including Time, The Philadelphia Inquirer and National Public Radio, among others.
