Feldman Shepherd is evaluating candidates for an opening for a Class Action Attorney with 4 to 8 years of complex litigation experience, with a strong preference for attorneys who have handled class actions on either the plaintiff or defense side.   • Develop legal strategies for class action cases, at both the macro- and micro-level
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, legal memoranda, and class certification motions
  • Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions and court appearances
  • Take and defend depositions and appear in court
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings
  • 4–8 years of experience in complex litigation, particularly class actions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
