PHILADELPHIA — August 15, 2019 — Ten attorneys from Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion among the 2020 Best Lawyers in America®, one of the legal profession’s oldest and most-respected peer-review publications.
The selected attorneys are Alan M. Feldman, Carol Nelson Shepherd, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, Daniel S. Weinstock, John M. Dodig, Roberta D. Pichini, Daniel J. Mann, Jason A. Daria, and G. Scott Vezina. Weinstock additionally was recognized as a Lawyer of the Year for medical malpractice law, while Vezina is marking his debut on the list.
“We are pleased to again receive this recognition from our peers, and we are particularly thrilled that Dan Weinstock’s efforts have been singularly recognized,” said Co-Managing Shareholder Mark W. Tanner. “Dan has tirelessly advocated for the most disadvantaged of our clients — children who became brain-injured at birth. He has litigated and tried these cases across the country and has provided these children and their families with the means to receive care now and into the future.”
The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in the practice areas of mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.
U.S. News & World Report published the 2020 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® on August 15. More than 250,000 copies of the standalone magazine will be distributed with leading publications including The New York Times, The Philadelphia Inquirer, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal. A digital edition also is available.
