Daniel R. Klaproth represents individuals and families in all manner of litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect.

Dan joined Feldman Shepherd in 2023, after establishing a well-earned reputation as a formidable plaintiffs’ attorney in complex nursing home neglect and abuse cases throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Throughout his career, he has been successful in recovering millions of dollars on behalf of his clients, and has demonstrated an unparalleled passion for advocating on behalf of those who have suffered from substandard care and treatment.

Dan’s experience extends beyond trial courts and encompasses the intricate world of appellate law. With a distinguished record of handling matters before every appellate court in Pennsylvania, Dan has successfully navigated legal nuances ranging from the validity of arbitration agreements to the propriety of compensatory and punitive damages awarded at trial.

Dan earned his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University, where he was a member of the Political Science National Honor Society, Pi Sigma Alpha. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he was a member of the Drexel Law Review and earned an award for Best Student Performance in Pennsylvania Practice taught by the Hon. Mark I. Bernstein. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Petrese B. Tucker of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Dan is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Outside the courtroom, Dan enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and daughter.
