December 30, 2021

Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP is pleased to announce that attorney Zac Arbitman has joined our practice.

Arbitman represents whistleblowers and plaintiffs in high-stakes civil litigation. His whistleblower representation practice includes claims brought under state and federal False Claims Acts, various state whistleblower statutes, and the SEC, CFTC, IRS, and AML whistleblower programs. Arbitman also handles a wide array of catastrophic personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, unsafe premises, unsafe products, and civil rights violations. His class action experience is equally diverse and includes consumer protection, antitrust, and data privacy matters.

Over his career, Arbitman has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars, collectively, for whistleblowers, personal injury victims, and classes of consumers. He has achieved significant results for clients in trials, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution forums in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and other courts throughout the United States.

Arbitman has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2014. He earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. magna cum laude from Haverford College, where he was selected for membership in The Phi Beta Kappa Society.

An active member of Philadelphia’s legal and civic community, Arbitman has served as a volunteer attorney on behalf of several clients referred by Philadelphia VIP and has been recognized by the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania over multiple years on its annual Pro Bono Roll of Honor. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Public Interest Law Center and previously served on the Executive Committee of Justice Rising Advocates for Community Legal Services of Philadelphia. Arbitman is also involved in the Taxpayers Against Fraud Education Fund, a nonprofit public interest organization dedicated to combating fraud against the Federal Government, and is a member of its COVID-19 Task Force, Financial Fraud Subcommittee.

“We are delighted to welcome Zac to our firm,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “He brings impressive experience and outstanding results from his thriving whistleblower practice, and will also provide exceptional support for our personal injury and class action practice areas.”

“I am thrilled to join Feldman Shepherd and lead the development of a whistleblower representation practice at this storied Philadelphia law firm. I am equally excited to contribute to the firm’s renown catastrophic injury and class action practices. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to serving my clients at Feldman Shepherd for many years to come,” said Arbitman.
