Nine attorneys from Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion among the 2023 Best Lawyers in America®, one of the legal profession’s oldest and most-respected peer-review publications.
The selected attorneys are Alan M. Feldman, Carol Nelson Shepherd, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, John M. Dodig, Daniel S. Weinstock, Roberta D. Pichini, Daniel J. Mann and Jason A. Daria.
The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in the practice areas of mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation. Only 5.3 percent of all practicing lawyers in the United States were selected for inclusion in the 29th Edition of Best Lawyers in America®.
Tanner additionally was selected as “Lawyer of the Year” for plaintiffs’ mass tort litigation / class actions. “Lawyer of the Year” is bestowed to only one lawyer with the highest average of votes in their particular practice area and region. For 2023, only 5,484 lawyers, 0.4 percent of all practicing U.S. lawyers, across the country, were presented with this award.
