Courthouse News recently covered the suit filed by John M. Dodig and Jason A. Daria on behalf of VirginiaAnn Rosner, whose husband, Robert Rosner, suffered fatal burns after his Chevrolet Malibu was struck from behind by a speeding tractor-trailer and became engulfed in flames. In addition to Rosner, the May 2014 four-vehicle crash in Bucks County killed two other drivers and resulted in several other serious injuries.
