Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP has filed a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of Fox Rothschild partner Harry Jackson, III, who died last year at age 33, when his car collided with a jackknifed tractor-trailer on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Jackson had been a member of Fox Rothschild’s gaming department and co-chair of the firm’s American Indian Law Practice. He died shortly after becoming a partner and getting engaged.
