Lawyer Referrals
Attorney Mark A. Schork

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that trial attorney Mark A. Schork was selected to serve as a 2026 Board Observer by the Philadelphia Bar Foundation. Schork will observe the board of the Legal Clinic for the Disabled.

The Philadelphia Bar Foundation’s Board Observer program places young attorneys on Philadelphia-area nonprofit boards as non-voting members for a year of professional development. This strategic partnership strengthens the legal community, equipping participants with vital board experience while providing nonprofits with fresh, energetic perspectives.

The Legal Clinic for the Disabled (LCD) champions inclusion and justice for low-income residents of the Philadelphia region with disabilities and chronic health conditions through direct legal representation, counsel and advice. By providing strategic referrals, community education and systemic advocacy, LCD empowers its clients to achieve independence while ensuring their rights are protected within the legal landscape.

At Feldman Shepherd, Schork concentrates his practice in representing individuals who have suffered from medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injuries.

“The Legal Clinic for the Disabled is a fantastic organization that goes to great lengths to serve the community. I look forward to being part of this program and hope to make meaningful contributions to this organization,” Schork said.

“Mark is following in the footsteps of others at our firm who have volunteered to support the Legal Clinic for the Disabled and other legal services agencies in Philadelphia,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “He’s a great example for other younger lawyers.”
