Lawyer Referrals

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that partner Patricia M. Giordano has been honored as a recipient of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey’s Trial Bar Award. Each year since 1968, the award has recognized a small number of attorneys who demonstrate trial excellence. These elite attorneys also teach and mentor the next generation of New Jersey trial attorneys through Trial Attorneys of New Jersey programming.

At Feldman Shepherd, Giordano’s practice focuses on birth and neonatal injury and medical malpractice cases.

An active member of New Jersey’s trial attorney community, Giordano served as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) for the 2023 through 2024 term. She was the sixth female President of NJAJ since its founding in the late 1940s. Giordano previously served in a number of executive leadership positions at NJAJ including Immediate Past President, President-Elect and 1st Vice President. She has co-chaired NJAJ’s annual Boardwalk Seminar® and is a frequent lecturer at its Boardwalk and Meadowlands CLE programs, and presently serves as co-chair of NJAJ’s Medical Malpractice Committee and is a trustee of its Education Foundation. She has been a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, among other posts, since its inception. In 2018, Giordano was appointed by Chief Justice Stuart Rabner as the NJAJ representative to the New Jersey Supreme Court Women in the Courts Committee, which is now known as the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Gender in the Courts.

“Trish is a worthy recipient of the Trial Bar Award,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “We are particularly proud of her ongoing teaching and mentorship activities, which benefit so many New Jersey lawyers.”
