Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that trial attorney Daniel R. Klaproth was honored by the Philadelphia Bar Association as a 2025 Bar Star. In addition, the Association’s Paralegals and Legal Professionals Committee, co-chaired by paralegal Terri M. Smith, received a Bar Star Award for most growth as a committee.
The awards were presented at the Association’s Member Appreciation Reception and Awards Ceremony on November 12, 2025.
The Bar Stars Award was created in 2019 to honor members who have gone above and beyond at carrying out the Association’s values and goals of leadership, education and advocacy. Klaproth received the award in recognition of his work as chair of the Medical-Legal Committee of the State Civil Litigation Section. Smith helped spearhead the growth of the Paralegals and Legal Professionals Committee, recognized by the Bar Star Award.
At Feldman Shepherd, Klaproth represents individuals and families in all manner of litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. Smith focuses on medical malpractice and other complex personal injury and civil litigation matters.
“We are thrilled that Dan and Terri are continuing the tradition of professional service with the Philadelphia Bar Association that has always been an important part of the culture at Feldman Shepherd,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman.
