Presented by Feldman Shepherd in association with The Legal Intelligencer, the free, three-credit CLE (including one ethics credit) will cover trial topics geared toward identifying where liability exists in catastrophic cases; advanced discovery tactics related to witnesses and experts; and uncovering compelling  legal theories not evident at first glance. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
