Feldman Shepherd Attorney Jason Daria Elected Assistant Secretary of Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that attorney Jason A. Daria has been elected Assistant Secretary of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA).

PTLA is comprised of civil and criminal litigation attorneys and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania. It is made up of lawyers who are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of the evolution of the common law through the efforts of individual lawyers who are pledged to achieving common goals.

Daria has served on PTLA’s Board of Directors for several years before becoming an officer.

“I am honored to have been nominated and elected as an officer of PTLA and look forward to assisting PTLA preserve and protect our clients’ rights and access to justice and the courts,” Daria said.

“We are proud that Jason has continued our firm’s tradition of leadership in one of the oldest and strongest trial lawyers’ associations in the nation, and we are happy to share Jason’s considerable talents for the benefit of our colleagues and our clients, said Mark W. Tanner, co-managing partner at Feldman Shepherd.

At Feldman Shepherd, Daria’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction accidents, premises and product liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice.
