Philadelphia personal injury law firms Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock & Dodig LLP and McLaughlin & Lauricella, P.C. are pleased to announce that the entire team of attorneys from McLaughlin & Lauricella will join Feldman Shepherd effective January 1, 2024. The move will bolster Feldman Shepherd’s capabilities in its core practice areas of catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice, and will expand its existing footprint in other complex personal injury matters, including sexual abuse litigation.
Paul A. Lauricella, co-founding partner at McLaughlin & Lauricella, will join Feldman Shepherd along with attorneys Greg Heller, Virginia Graziani Lowe, M.D., Robert J. Snopek, Jr., and Mark A. Schork.
This addition comes on the heels of Feldman Shepherd’s recent hiring of 3 new attorneys. The firm now consists of 25 full-time lawyers, as well as an additional 8 attorneys serving in an Of Counsel role.
Paul A. Lauricella is widely recognized as one of the most distinguished plaintiff’s trial lawyers in Pennsylvania. He has secured numerous seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements in medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, products liability and sexual abuse cases. Paul’s medical malpractice actions have involved a variety of medical specialties, including obstetrics/gynecology, emergency medicine, radiology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, orthopedic surgery, urology, family practice and oral surgery. Paul has also been at the forefront in pursuing lawsuits on behalf of victims of sexual abuse.
