Samuel Mukiibi Honored by Legal Intelligencer as Lawyer on the Fast Track

Feldman Shepherd is pleased to announce that Samuel Mukiibi has been honored as a recipient of The Legal Intelligencer’s Lawyers on the Fast Track Award, which recognizes the next generation of legal leaders. Mukiibi will receive the award at a reception on May 15, 2024.

Mukiibi represents individuals and families in all manner of litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, product liability, civil rights cases, consumer class action cases, whistleblower claims and qui tam lawsuits under the False Claims Act.

An active member of Philadelphia’s legal community, Mukiibi is a member of the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia, a professional association which addresses the needs and development of minority lawyers in the City of Philadelphia and surrounding areas. He previously served as a co-liaison to the State Civil Litigation Committee for the Philadelphia Bar Association and as a non-voting member of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyer’s Division for the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Mukiibi is registered with Philadelphia VIP and regularly handles pro-bono landlord-tenant matters.

A legal thought leader, Mukiibi is a prolific writer for various legal publications. From 2019 to 2022, he taught a Justice Lawyering Seminar as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law on issues of Cross-Cultural Competence, Trauma Informed Lawyering, Access to Justice, Implicit Bias, Client Interviewing, Right to Counsel, The Role of Public Lawyers and Social Justice Lawyering.
