Mukiibi represents individuals and families in all manner of litigation involving catastrophic personal injury, civil rights cases, consumer class action cases, whistleblower claims and qui tam lawsuits under the False Claims Act. He has a distinguished reputation for tenacious advocacy on behalf of victims of injustice and vulnerable and marginalized people whose civil rights have been violated.
Every year from 2020 through 2023, Mukiibi was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.
Mukiibi earned his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he subsequently taught a Justice Lawyering Seminar as an Adjunct Professor of Law from 2019 to 2022 on issues of Cross-Cultural Competence, Trauma Informed Lawyering, Access to Justice, Implicit Bias, Client Interviewing, Right to Counsel, The Role of Public Lawyers and Social Justice Lawyering. Following graduation from law school, Mukiibi served as a Judicial Fellow for the Hon. Jacqueline F. Allen of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and then as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Edward C. Wright of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Mukiibi earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
