A Reputation Built on Results and Trust

Feldman Shepherd’s track record of success is no accident. We’ve built our reputation by treating every referral as both a privilege and a responsibility. Our referring colleagues place enormous trust in us — not only to secure the best possible outcome for their clients but also to handle each matter with the utmost professionalism, precision, and care. We don’t take that trust lightly.

Handling Complex Injury Matters

Whether the case involves catastrophic injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, or complex civil litigation, we are ready to step in with the full weight of our experience and resources. When a lawyer refers a case to our firm, they aren’t just handing off a file — they’re partnering with a team that’s known for moving litigation forward with strategic intensity and a deep understanding of what high-stakes cases demand.

Building New Relationships

At Feldman Shepherd, we value our relationships with referring attorneys and look forward to entering into new relationships with lawyers who are referring matters to us for the first time. We believe our involvement will enhance the value of every case we accept and accordingly benefit both the client and the referring attorney.

Transparent Fee Sharing. Seamless Collaboration.

We’ve seen firsthand how meaningful it can be when attorneys work together across jurisdictions and practice areas. That’s why we make fee-sharing transparent, consistent, and straightforward. In jurisdictions where permitted, we honor fair and ethical referral fee arrangements and ensure that referring attorneys are kept informed at every step of the process.

Our approach is tailored, not transactional. Each matter is evaluated independently, and our agreements clearly spell out the terms well before any settlement or verdict is reached.

Prompt Payment in Line with All Agreements

Most importantly, we pay referral fees promptly, without delay or red tape. It’s how we uphold our end of the professional relationship – and how we’ve become a trusted litigation partner for attorneys across the country.

The amount of the referral fee percentage will depend upon the individual circumstances of the case, including the jurisdiction and venue of the litigation, the type of case, the level of risk, and the stage of the litigation.

All fee-sharing arrangements are confirmed in writing, and referral fees are paid promptly on the same day that our firm receives our share of the fee.
