Feldman Shepherd Environmental Negligence Case Featured in Courier-Post

Attorney Thomas Martin is representing Medford developer Glover Mill LLC in their environmental negligence case against the borough of Haddon Heights, NJ. Glover Mill, which planned to build 27 single-family homes on the land, claims that Haddon Heights officials misrepresented the former sewage treatment plants’ condition and during its dismantle did not abide by the state Department of Environment Protection.
