Trial Attorney Robert J. Snopek, Jr.

Robert J. Snopek, Jr. represents clients in litigation involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, sexual abuse and catastrophic personal injuries. He joined Feldman Shepherd in 2024, with an established record of securing significant recoveries, including seven-figure resolutions, that have provided his clients with financial security and the resources to meet their medical needs.

With an undergraduate degree in Health Policy & Administration from Penn State University, Bobby brings to his practice of law a unique insight into the types of situations that lead to medical negligence in healthcare settings. He also brings a work ethic and competitive edge that was sharpened while working as a member of the Penn State football coaching staff prior to attending law school. Bobby coached several players who went on to play in the NFL. After winning the New Era Pinstripe Bowl in Yankee Stadium, Bobby decided to pursue a career as a lawyer, knowing that he could utilize these same performance-driven skills to help people in need of a legal advocate.

Just four years after being admitted to practice law, Bobby was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023.

Bobby earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a standout member of the law school’s storied Trial Advocacy program, receiving the Outstanding Oral Advocate distinction. At graduation, Bobby received a certificate in trial advocacy and litigation, in recognition of his focus on advanced trial advocacy coursework. During law school, he clerked for two prominent Philadelphia plaintiff injury law firms and worked in the Tokyo legal department for a large medical technology company.

Bobby is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

When he is not practicing law, Bobby enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time with family, and rooting on Philadelphia sports teams.
