Ted Baker is a seasoned trial attorney whose practice has focused on all matters involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, adoptions, and criminal defense. He is a solo practitioner in South Jersey and is Of-Counsel to the firm. Ted has represented many individuals in litigation pertaining to abuse and neglect of minors, termination of parental rights, and a wide array of criminal matters including homicide as well as less serious municipal offenses.
When not at the office, Ted enjoys playing the piano and writing music. He is active in his church community and sits on the school board for Resurrection Catholic School. Ted is married and has three children.
Ted earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is Of Counsel to the firm and licensed to practice in New Jersey, Vermont, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
