$2M Settlement for Pedestrian Hit by Truck

Attorneys John M. Dodig and Jason A. Daria secured a $2 million pre-suit settlement for a 63-year-old pedestrian who sustained a traumatic brain injury and multiple orthopedic injuries when he was struck by a box truck while walking in a crosswalk.

The settlement, which is for the defendants’ maximum available liability insurance, will assist with the client’s future medical and related needs.
