Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP is pleased to announce that trial lawyer and counselor Mark B. Goodheart has joined the firm as Of Counsel.
Mr. Goodheart brings 15 years of litigation and other legal experience to Feldman Shepherd with a focus on helping victims of motor vehicle collisions; medical malpractice; workplace accidents; construction incidents; dog bites; and slip/trip and fall injuries; people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries; children catastrophically injured at birth; and victims of civil rights violations, employment discrimination and sexual abuse/assault. In 2015, he founded The Goodheart Firm, in Philadelphia, where he also represents a diverse clientele in business and commercial matters. The Goodheart Firm will continue to operate and serve its clients.

Mr. Goodheart is a graduate of Binghamton University, State University of New York, and Temple University Beasley School of Law.
An active member of Philadelphia’s legal and civic community, Mr. Goodheart serves as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore/Mediator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Compulsory Arbitration Program. He is President of the Board of Directors of Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial.
