Feldman Shepherd Of Counsel Daniel Hutchison was sworn-in to the New Jersey General Assembly on January 9, 2024, as an Assemblyman representing District 4.

 

Attorneys Alan M. Feldman, Daniel J. Mann, Edward S. Goldis and Andrew K. Mitnick are representing a motorist who sustained serious head injuries when her vehicle collided on a dark roadway with a fallen tree. They are pursuing theories of liability against the property owner, the landscaping company and other parties responsible for assuring that trees in an unsafe condition were removed from the property.

Attorneys Alan M. Feldman, Daniel J. Mann, Edward S. Goldis and Andrew K. Mitnick have been retained by the family of a high school student who committed suicide after a school administrator informed him, but not his parents, that he was the subject of a disciplinary complaint.

Attorneys John M. Dodig and Jason A. Daria filed a roadway defect lawsuit in New Jersey on behalf of the family of a 60-year-old woman who died from injuries she sustained when a vehicle she was operating on the New Jersey Turnpike was hit head-on by another vehicle that struck and crossed over a curbed median. Dodig and Daria assert that this low median was not in accordance with applicable standards and should have been replaced with a Jersey barrier or guiderail barrier which would have prevented this cross-over accident.

Attorneys John M. Dodig and Jason A. Daria filed a roadway defect lawsuit in New Jersey on behalf of a young woman who was severely injured when the vehicle she was operating was struck by a landscaping vehicle at a dangerous intersection that was the site of at least six prior serious vehicular accidents. Dodig and Daria intend to establish that traffic control devices were not properly placed and the intersection was not properly maintained, among other things.

Attorneys Mark W. Tanner and Samuel Mukiibi are pursuing a civil rights lawsuit on behalf of a woman who was sexually battered, raped, and terrorized by a deputy sheriff while held at an ICE detention center — a facility with a known history for mistreatment of detainees.

The client, who was legally in the United States, and was a working single mother, was believed by no one when she tried to report the sexual batteries, and officials at the facility responded by further retaliating against her.
