$2M Record-Setting Wrongful Death Settlement in New Hampshire

Attorneys Daniel S. Weinstock, G. Scott Vezina and Carolyn M. Chopko obtained a record-setting $2 million wrongful death settlement in a rural and conservative New Hampshire county for the family of a 29-year-old man who died as a result of medical negligence during sinus surgery.

During the procedure, the surgeon negligently went through a cribiform plate, causing a cerebral spinal fluid leak and damage to the patient’s brain. The patient died four days after the surgery.
