Ann Marie McCollian

Ann Marie McCollian is a paralegal focused on complex civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injuries and medical malpractice. She assists the attorneys at Feldman Shepherd in all aspects of litigation from client intake through trial.

Ann Marie joined Feldman Shepherd in 2024 with an extensive background in personal injury law, including the past couple of years working on products liability matters of mass tort personal injury litigation. Informed by her education, Ann Marie has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its significant impact in personal injury litigation. While working as a paralegal, Ann Marie earned a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law with a concentration in Regulatory Analysis and Compliance from Widener University, Delaware School of Law. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Pierce College and a Paralegal Certification from The Pennsylvania State University.

In her free time, Ann Marie enjoys the arts, dancing and loves the outdoors.
