August 21, 2025

Ten attorneys from Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion among the 2026 Best Lawyers in America®, one of the legal profession’s oldest and most-respected peer-review publications.

The selected attorneys are Alan M. Feldman, Carol Nelson Shepherd, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, John M. Dodig, Jason A. Daria, Daniel J. Mann, Paul A. Lauricella, Roberta D. Pichini and Daniel S. Weinstock. Only 5 percent of lawyers from across the United States were selected for inclusion in this 32nd Edition of Best Lawyers in America.

The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.

Dodig additionally was selected as “Lawyer of the Year” for plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. “Lawyer of the Year” is bestowed to only one lawyer with high marks from their peers in their practice area and region. For 2026, only 5,068 lawyers were presented with this honor.

In addition, attorneys Bethany R. Nikitenko and Reginald L. Streater were recognized as 2026 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America. Nikitenko was recognized for her work in plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation and Streater was recognized for his work in plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation and plaintiffs’ medical malpractice law. They are among more than 27,000 of the next generation of legal leaders who were honored.

“We are always delighted to be recognized as being among the best lawyers in the country,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “And this year we are especially thrilled to congratulate our partner John Dodig on his well-earned selection as Lawyer of the Year in personal injury litigation.”
