Ten attorneys from Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion among the 2025 Best Lawyers in America®, one of the legal profession’s oldest and most-respected peer-review publications.

The selected attorneys are Alan M. Feldman, Carol Nelson Shepherd, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, John M. Dodig, Jason A. Daria, Daniel J. Mann, Paul A. Lauricella, Roberta D. Pichini and Daniel S. Weinstock. Only 5 percent of lawyers from across the United States were selected for inclusion in this 31st Edition of Best Lawyers in America.

The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.

In addition, attorney Bethany R. Nikitenko was recognized as a 2025 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. She is among more than 26,000 of the next generation of legal leaders who were honored.

“It’s gratifying to have so many of our attorneys included in the list of 2025 Best Lawyers in America,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “And we’re particularly proud of Mark Tanner and Bethany Nikitenko for the special recognition they received from their peers in the Philadelphia legal community.”
