June 12, 2024

Ten attorneys from Philadelphia personal injury law firm Feldman Shepherd Wohlgelernter Tanner Weinstock Dodig LLP have been selected by their peers for inclusion among the 2024 Best Lawyers in America®, one of the legal profession’s oldest and most-respected peer-review publications.

The selected attorneys are Alan M. Feldman, Carol Nelson Shepherd, Ezra Wohlgelernter, Mark W. Tanner, John M. Dodig, Jason A. Daria, Daniel J. Mann, Paul A. Lauricella, Roberta D. Pichini and Daniel S. Weinstock. Only 5 percent of lawyers in private practice in the United States were selected for inclusion in this 30th Edition of Best Lawyers in America.

The Feldman Shepherd attorneys were recognized for their work on behalf of plaintiffs in mass tort litigation / class actions, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice law, and product liability litigation.

Pichini additionally was selected as “Lawyer of the Year” for plaintiffs’ medical malpractice law. “Lawyer of the Year” is bestowed to only one lawyer with high marks from their peers in their practice area and region. For 2024, only 5,392 lawyers, 0.4 percent of all U.S. attorneys in private practice, were presented with this award.

In addition, attorney Bethany R. Nikitenko was recognized as a 2024 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation. She is among 25,000 lawyers who were honored based upon an analysis of more than 2.4 million votes that were cast.

“It’s always nice to be recognized by one’s peers as being among the best in our practice areas,” said Co-Managing Partner Alan M. Feldman. “Thanks to everyone who rated us so highly.”
